About me.
Hi there! My name is Noah Dyo and I’m a portrait photographer based out of Long Beach, California. I have about 3 years of photography under my belt, and am taking strides to turn a hobby of mine into a service for others. I am also a Registered Nurse as of late, and on my days off love to let my creative energy let loose.
I decided to become a photographer after borrowing my friend’s camera for 5 minutes just to play around with it. As soon as I took the first picture I felt the mechanical click of the shutter and immediately got hooked.
As you may have read my personal mission statement at the top of the page, the first point of my personal photographer philosophy is to restore confidence. When I am editing pictures, I make sure I maintain the natural beauty that my subject presents with. At the moment I do not use Photoshop for that reason. I ultimately aim to combat the unrealistic standard of beauty of which social media has plagued this generation.
